Spanish Classes On-line or In-Person

You decide how you would like to have Spanish lessons. It can be from the comfort of your home (on-line), or you can come to our school (in-person). Our in-person classes give you the opportunity to visit a local neighborhood in San Isidro de El General (Costa Rica) where you can take a bus, call a taxi, or walk from downtown (20 minutes). At Colibrí Language School you will have the opportunity to have a personalized learning environment where the atmosphere provides a sense of real Costa Rican culture. We want our students to feel as if they’re at home while they are learning Spanish.8

If you decide to take one of our Spanish lesson packages, you’ll have the opportunity to cook a traditional Costa Rican recipe once a week. We’ll make tortillas, empanadas and patacones, etc. You’ll have a chance to learn more about our cuisine.
